I’ve gotten my second wind this week which has been very welcome. I spend a couple of weeks feeling slightly overwhelmed, but now I’ve regrouped and am looking forward to final exams in August and first year law exams in October. I believe that this material is really sinking in. When I look at the various situation in my life, I now have the added perspective that the law provides. This past week I’ve studied criminal solicitation, conspiracy, false pretenses, and attempt, in contract law, the focus has been assignment of contract rights, and in torts, it has been nuisance.
