16 oz. lump crab meat
2 eggs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp spicy mustard
3 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients, shape into cakes and pan fry in butter. Compliment with spicy cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
