2 cups uncooked Basmati rice
3 celery stalks chopped
1 can English peas
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
8 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cream
Place all ingredients into a large pressure cooker, mix well, set on high for 40 minutes. Open pressure cooker and mix in 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
