Tastes like Chicken and Dates.

2 cups of organic brown Basmati rice steamed in advance.
2 pounds of fresh organic chicken cut into bite sized pieces.
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil.
2 tablespoons minced garlic.
1 large onion diced.
1 can organic garbanzo beans drained.
1 cup chopped organic dates.
1 tablespoon curry powder.
1 tablespoon parsley.
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste.

Saute chicken, garlic, onions in olive oil until throughly cooked. Add curry, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the entire mixture has a nice golden curry color. Add beans, rice, and dates mixing well until the color and texture is even. Reduce heat and simmer on low until ready to serve.
