Like any journey, every step brings us closer to the conclusion. All things advancing as planned, the 50 months to completion are down to 47. The biggest challenge this week is to remember the subtle thresholds that apply to a particular rule of law. I think I have a good sense for the big picture. The little nuances are where the challenges presentthemselves right now.
