Duty has been a challenge this week. The Duty to Act, Duty Owed to Business Invitees, Land Possessor Duty to Those Outside the Land, and Duty to Rescue. Generally speaking, it seems we are less vulnerable that I would naturally assume. It is interesting that in America, we value the individuality more than the collective.
