Two months in and fourty-eight to go! I am really enjoying Criminal Law, Torts, and Legal Writing. I am a little less interested in Contract Law at this time. The challenge for this week has been to keep it simple. I tend to lean towards splitting hairs on issues discussed more than I need to. I would think for a defense attorney, this would be a good thing? It was a really tough work week and I lagged a bit behind my studies although I’m still on schedule.
