It is almost Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday hands down. It has certainly been an interesting week both at home and work. I have gotten once again to a comfortable buffer ahead of my studies. Law school is a real exercise in minutia. One word makes the difference in the determination between which test question is the better answer. I wonder if the majority of students feel like law school is a cliff hangar? I wonder if with legal indoctrination the average student absorbs the necessary? Time will tell. The first year law student examination will tell for certain culling the weaker from the pack. I will bludgeon my way to victory!
