6 cups fresh cranberries
3 cups sugar
1 cup Port
1/3 cup Grand Marnier orange liqueur
Bring to a boil, cranberries, Port, and sugar over medium heat for eight minutes in a sauce pan. Remove from heat and let it cool for about fifteen minutes. Pulse mixture with a food processor or blender until cranberries are near pureed. Stir in the orange liqueur. Cover and chill for eight hours before serving.
